Roast Chicken Cafreal with Confetti Rice


Chicken            2 pieces
Rice                 2 cup
Garlic cloves     6 pieces
Green Chillies    2 pieces
Green Coriander2 tbsp
Lime                 1 pieces
Cinnamon         1 pieces
Cloves              4 pieces
Peppercorn       1/2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil     3 tbsp
Mushrooms       3 pieces
Green Peas       2 tbsp
Corns               1 tbsp
Red Bell Pepper            1/2 pieces
Black Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Olive Oil            1 tbsp

How To Cook Roast Chicken Cafreal with Confetti Rice

1. For Roast Chicken Cafreal :
     Grind garlic, chillies, whole garam masala, ginger, garlic & green corriander. 

2. Marinate chicken with lime, Salt & ground masala.  

3. Set aside for 3- 4 hrs . 

4. Put vegetable oil in a pan and Roast chicken till it cooks. 

5. For Confetti Rice :Put rice to boil  

6. Chop peppers and mushrooms 

7. Toss all the chopped vegetables in olive oil till they cook.  

8. Once done, add boiled rice. 

9. Toss in the rice .  

10. GARNISH :Season with salt and pepper and green corriander.

Put rice in centre of the plate and arrange the chicken cafreal around it.
